Well Christianity preaches alot about destiny so how is it they have free will when their god is planning out their "fate." So there is no free will if they believe their god is planning out the end of the universe. Clearly they don't know what they believe in. They are confused.

He's not even my boss, just a co-worker but he's the temperamental type and sometimes he'll start trying to 'correct' me and these corrections are stupid and really serve no purpose. I yell back at him sometimes and he backs off for awhile but then it gradually comes back. let's assume talking to management isn't an option because they frankly don't care. I just try doing my job but I'm constantly harrassed by this guy

First, can you make a profit? There many questions to be answered in starting a bussiness, what type of business? Is it sometnhing you are intrested in and have inspiration to start with.? Your goals, are set in stages, just to open up a bussiness is a major accomplishment in these days,the way the economy is, very risky. Second, is the type you have, food? Art and crafts? Clothing? Etc., and where is it located? Near main streets, interstates. Airports.schools. Hospitals.etc. Than, who around ,has what you have,what and where is your compitition. Than get in and be active and support community groups, stay good with the neighborhood. Have to consider advertisement,it just may be leaflets on car windows, to ads in a paper,or radio. The goal of the business is to make a profit. With no money,overhead,salaries,,etc. Won't stay open, than there is leasing,obtaining various lisences, etc... It's what you decide what type of bussiness, where and location, why you want it, and when can you start. Profit and Gain !!
