Why is there no tennis club or collegiate USTA program for the University of Louisiana - Lafayette?

This school is a division 1 school and is a decent sized University. Why don't they have any tennis club or any organized recreation for tennis. Any other school this size has something of the sort. I just started going to the university and wanted to find people to play tennis with.
